Games for Educators
Even though I have been reading the Games for Educators and it’s newsletter for four years now, this is the first time that I have been a featured writer.
Games for Educators is an organization that helps to get educational games and toys into the hands of, you guessed it, educators. As an educator, and now an educational games inventor I’ve found it to be a good resource for me. I like being able to find educational games, that I know provide genuine learning opportunities for my students. Plus, it’s good to have new ways or ideas of how to integrate more fun and hands-on learning for my students. This month I wrote an article about ways to bring games into the classroom . I tried to keep it to just a few points — but, hehe, the ideas just kept on coming and I think I made a list of 10 ideas. Head on over, check it out, and let me know what you think.
